I am concerned about the number of negative reviews and that the business appears to only be open for online and curbside pick up. That seems odd. They do offer an item I would like to buy but I am reluctant to order and pay for it, without being able to hold it in my hand to be assured I will receive it in the time line I required.

I waited 2 months for my 1000 dollar order and when I sent an email asking where it was, they sent an email saying it's on it's way. A month later I asked for a refund which they sent quite quickly. So they never did send it. Stay away from this company.
Exceptionally poor customer service! I ordered a hive extractor back in April when their website indicated it was \in stock\. To track your order, they required you to download the \shopify\ app. Unfortunately it didn't work and gave you no information at all. After a week with no shipping notification, I began contacting the company. After my calls, their website was updated to say the item was sold out and they told me it was expected to arrive early June. By mid-June, still no word on my order. Began emailing and phoning. Someone finally called back June 26 to say my item had shipped and I would receive it the following week. FINALLY!!! When it hadn't arrived by July 15, I began emailing asking for the tracking number and name of the shipping company so I could follow up on the delivery. They would not provide the information despite 3 written requests and 5 calls where I left a message and 2 calls where I actually spoke to a person. By the end of July, with no item in sight and no one bothering to call back, I finally disputed the credit card purchase. I eventually got my money back but will NEVER deal with this firm again! Buyer beware!
I had a 75 gift card placed the order and apply the gift card number then when it come to pay the balance amount I went to add more item to the cart after adding the items and re entered gift card number it said INVALID GIFT CARD. Tried to call Hive world of course left over 10 messages and send them couple of e-mail no body replyed. Worst customer service experience.
