We just put the finishing touches on our new home. It’s a custom home with a modern look. We needed a 7 foot privacy screen on our ground level deck. I wanted a certain look and Hideaway screens made it happen. They custom made my screen to the exact specifications I asked for. Richard and David were very easy to work with and accommodating to our wants. Privacy screen are becoming the norm. We absolutely love how it turned out.

Starting with the smooth process, via messaging: having questions quickly answered (this is a must with our busy life); HideAway's patience, as we made the correct choice; from advice on types of mounting techniques to the very prompt shipping, and every help along the way. Hideaway has far surpassed the definition of customer service! Our deck precedes any egular\ deck, due to the look and privacy the screens provide. We've receive so many compliments from our neighbors and our contractor was very happy with the easy install. As a deck provides much needed relaxation, having privacy living in a neighborhood adds so much to what our family needs.

Want to share how happy we are with our custom gate, privacy screens & balcony guard rail from HideAway! Took a gamble ordering from Canada while we live in the USA, but from my first phone call to them I was put at ease. Had the pleasure of working with Richard who is very communicative via phone/text/email & knowledgeable about their product & capabilities. Between his confidence & seeing their product on so many high end sites online, we placed our custom order. We wanted a product made out of aluminum because we live at the coast in California, and when he told me I could custom design my own tropical pattern I was ALL IN. It took longer than expected due to the world pandemic but we were in no rush, we were on lockdown anyway. It arrived packaged in a ginormous crate, no dents or scratches on anything, and most importantly everything fit together like a giant puzzle! Had my contractor install it and it is stunning, so very happy. We will enjoy our front yard privacy screens & gate for years to come, thank you HideAway Inc!
