I contacted Garage Frontiers in the past about coating my garage floor and was very impressed by their customer service and their willingness to help. It's so important to find quality customer service these days. While we were deciding on what to do with the garage we had a flood in our basement and were devastated by the damage caused to the flooring that we had just replaced with one of the larger flooring companies in the city. Much to our dismay, we discovered that the aforementioned flooring company had done a terrible job including some work that wasn't even up to code! We were at a loss, we really didn't know what to do. Not only did we need to redo our basement but we also found concrete damage from a chemical reaction in our cement that caused a huge crack in the floor. Since I had spoken to Jeff at Garage Frontiers a little while back and he had been so knowledgeable and helpful, I thought I would ask him about the crack and what we could do. Not only did he come over (on a weeknight I might add) and totally put our minds at ease with his summation of the problem, he even gave us a solution that wasn't as bad as we were prepared for! And after going to their showroom to see what they might be able to do for us we were sold! I have posted a picture of how beautiful our basement looks now so you could all see the incredible work that Jeff, Jim and their team did for us! The floor looks like you could dive into it! Just because their name says "garage" in it doesn't mean that their talents stop there. Trust me on this one and don't look anywhere else, Garage Frontiers will do right by you and give you the best experience you have ever had! I'd give them 10 Stars if I could!

The staff here are awesome to work with and are super knowledgeable. The products they sell are very affordable. I couldn't be happier with my products. If you're shopping for anything to do with your mancave, look no further!

I had both lifts and flooring supplied and installed by Garage Frontiers. They were very professional and provided high quality products. They arrived on time, completed the job when promised and left the job site even cleaner than when they arrived. Highly recommended!

Started off as a good experience but had turned into a nightmare for some time. I had a black epoxy finish put on my driveway and it looked amazing. They had put grit in the epoxy for traction but during the rain an especially the snow it’s extremely slippery. Was given a 10 year warranty on epoxy, and had to have the company come back for 3 straight years to fix spots where the epoxy had lifted away from what we believed to be the concrete. 4th year again it had lifted. Myself and management were unable to connect to approach the situation again that year. I’m in the 5th year now and i was able to finally connect with Jim to address the situation. It’s very frustrating and not what I expected but Jim has agreed to help me work on a solution. UPDATE: JIM has contacted me personally and will be taking another look to see what kind of a solution we can come up with and honor the warranty to fix the areas where it has lifted. Hopefully a permanent solution can be established so that neither of us has to deal with my driveway anymore. Jim went ahead to bring in some other experts to investigate why this keeps happening with the product. Upon our findings we have now came up with a solution together to make sure all involved are satisfied. Now with greater knowledge on both sides Jim and I have the ability to pick the right product for the right foundation. Thanks Jim, 4 stars for service but 0 stars for our original plan! lol. *I had to minus one start on the review because even if the epoxy didn't lift i would still say the slipperiness of the surface when it rains or snows is not good at all even with the grit.
