We gave birth to our first born in 2020 and Sonya was my labour doula. She was so helpful during both pregnancy and birth. My husband and I took prenatal classes with her to help us feel prepared. It was important for me to feel educated not only on newborn babies but birth practices and breastfeeding. My labour came on quickly and Sonya was a grounding presence in the room. She reads the energy of the room and inserts herself effortlessly and appropriately. Sonya was also able to capture some of the most beautiful photographs of our experience. We were so grateful to have her with us before during and after our child's birth. Highly recommend.

I'm not sure Sonya will ever know of the true impact she has made on my birthing experience and our lives but the love, support, words of encouragement and guidance she provided through my birthing journey and post partum have truly changed me. I could not have imagined a more positive experience and birth, she never let me forget how much strength I had and in moments of self doubt she was always there to lift me back up. I could not recommend her and her team more, she made a lasting impact on my life and I'm a better mother and person for it. Thank you for everything, Sonya.
I just completed Labour Doula Training with Sonya. She provided a wonderful atmosphere that complimented the quality of the training. It was a great experience that I would recommend to anyone interested in pursuing this noble profession!
