Management and staff both need sensitivity training and general training. My 3 year old was attacked at an edmonton playground by someone in their care. On site staff (who were walking behind the client, not paying attention), were apologetic after the incident, but had no strategies of how to deal with the situation. Management when contacted, did not care, did not ask how my daughter was doing and did not offer any resolution or actions which they would take to prevent this from happening again. Poor service for the client, poor training for employee, and risk to public because of it.
