Awesome service!! My TV was fixed and ready to go in 4 hours. The guy that fixed it even had a friendly convo with me explaining what was wrong. A Great Experience!!

To begin, I was concerned about bringing my Marantz receiver in for repair. However, I am very happy that I did. My Marantz SR7007 had a bad right channel and since this unit has much more components than vintage equipment I was worried that it wasn't going to be repairable or the repair was going to be expensive. I dropped off my receiver on Friday, and by the following Friday they had called me back explaining the problem and how much it was to fix said problem. My 75.00 deposit was used towards the repair and ended up getting my unit fixed for about 250.00. Definitely worth the drive and they appear to warranty the repair in case they missed something (likely case by case basis).

Dropped off a receiver for repair and was told it would be a week. Three weeks later and no word, called and was told the technician had not yet looked at it but would maybe be in that day and would do so. Another week goes by, still no word, go in to pick it up and still nobody has even looked at it. At least they refunded my deposit without argument. None of the staff wore masks properly and some didn’t even bother to try. The guy that works the front desk was rude both times I dealt with home, although his colleague (older lady) was very sweet and apologetic about the whole thing. Very frustrating experience, you try and avoid waste by getting stuff repaired and they make it incredibly difficult. It’s so much easier just to buy a new receiver.
