Just finished spending eleven or so months at the ERC until having my murder charges withdrawn due to lack off evidence cuz. Wish I could say I had a good time but because of Covid-19 everything is all locked down. THANK GOD for Mr. Hasan Johma & Mona the best lawyers in Edmonton.

Kinda tidy but meals are small and security is too tight. Always on lockdown. Rooms are cold and not enough entertainment. The waiters are not the best but they also dont get tips. Menu sucks and snack selection is great if you enjoy noodles and chocolate. Security is not the best as you will see, usually people get laid out before anybody arrives.. your better to hire your own security. I prefer the view from the old remand. Make a better view and add some better snacks and music and I'll improve my rating

The people in the front are rude as heck when I simply came in for info. Another clerk a few days ago had such little information to give when trying to pick up property for an inmate. I know you deal with criminals all the time but drop the attitude lady I'm no criminal so don't give me the gears. Train your staff better for crying out loud.
