Never had an issue here that I didn't deserve. It looks much nicer than the one downtown. And the staff here seem very friendly compared to many other locations

Mister Dublanko was extremely rude, condencending, and unhelpful. He should consider a different career. I came back a different day and got everything I needed from one of his co-workers with none of the attitude.

My experience with the SE detachment was one of failure and a newfound realization that EPS sets the bar very low indeed. As a victim, I was threatened, insulted, and denied justice. Dublanko shouldn't be a police officer. In fact, he shouldn't be working with the public whatsoever. I'm far from the first person to complain about him and I won't be the last. He wrote a bad ticket and threatened me with bodily harm. When it got thrown out before court because the crown saw that there was no shred of truth to his ticket whatsoever, he called me up to threaten me afterwards. He is a violent and dangerous police officer and it's only a matter of time before bodycams signal the end to his career.

I was pretty intimidated after reading the reviews, since it was my first time reporting a car collision. I visited this morning to report my case (my at-fault fender bender that happened yesterday), and was provided with help from the female officer. I am so sorry for what the other people have experienced here, but tbh I have nothing to say but only good things. Thank you officers!
