Editing my review after going there again on October 3 Dr Herbert (he is apparently from the south side location) was fantastic! The receptionist working in this day was also a 10/10. I would recommend going there anytime if you can see these 2 fabulous people. Completely night and day experience. Original review STAY AWAY. Terrible service. If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible receptionist and Dr Eke seems nice but doesn’t have bed side manner experience. I wish we never came here for something serious. It may be good if you scraped your knee or need a Dr’s note for work but for anything else there are way better clinics that actually treat you with a little respect or compassion located nearby.

I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment, the receptionists were nice and got me to fill out a form. I was in the waiting room for 30 minutes and was finally put in a room but then had to wait another 30 minutes. I booked an appointment for a reason but I suppose my time does not matter to this clinic.
I think they need a better receptionist I called and they put me on hold I didn't even get to say a word then I was on hold for 20mins i had to hang up and call back 3 times then when they finally let me speak she didn't ask for patient name nothing she just said september 3rd is the earliest date and thats it I was rude as hell I love the pediatrician but now I'm feeling like I won't go there and maybe find a new one
