I had a warranty issue with regards to the sealant that was used on the garage floor lifting and showing the raw concrete underneath. One phone call and the team was out to repair work completed by previous employees (who are no longer with dream garage). I was pleased with the follow up and the work took as long as quoted. Matt arrived on time and after conversation for a couple minutes regarding the issue, the work started and it looks great now. You can tell that Matt takes pride in his work and he fixed up a couple other spots where my car jack had gouged the sealant. All in all a great experience! Highly recommend them for your garage renovations.
Dream garage is just that , just a dream. They came out, designed cupboards, and a lift. They took a 5000 deposit, and that was the last we heard from them. Subsequent calls to them yielded only excuses as to why we had no cabinets. After many phone calls and even us offering to pick up the cabinets and install them ourselves, more promises. They finally would no longer take our calls with no further explanation.
Very impressed! I bought the mini package and they cleaned it very well, hasn't been this clean since new. The following week, did some off-roading and scratched the paint to the point that I thought I needed a new paint job. They buffed it all out, I was shocked, they turned a sad looking truck into a showroom truck. Will definitely return and send friends/family. Very knowledgeable staff, from the front desk all the way to the tech handing my keys back.
Took my new car here to have their paint protection package done and also a hood polish due to issues from another service I had performed elsewhere. Dropped it off in the morning, it was done shortly before Noon although I couldn't come back to pick it up until just before 5. Car looks fantastic, it looked great before, but it really looks good now. Only reason I won't give 5/5 is because I could still see some very faint swirl marks at the top of the hood in the right light although unless you are really looking for them you can't see them. They even knew how to turn off the memory system for my drivers seat which I had forgotten to do so when I picked the car up they hadn't overwritten my saved seat position. Very impressed and would come back again.
