Detailed Solutions is top notch when it comes to ceramic coatings and customer service! I bought a brand new GMC Canyon Diesel in black and had a local Edmonton GMC dealer apply a ceramic coating, what a MISTAKE! It had dull spots all over the vehicle! Fortunately Detailed Solutions came to the rescue! They did an absolute amazing job stripping off the botched GMC dealer’s application by stripping off the ceramic coating, doing a 2-stage polish, and re-applying the coating! It now looks amazing! My advice is to ONLY let the best shop in Alberta look after your ceramic coating needs and that is definitely Detailed Solutions!
I have been met with chauvinism from other shops around town; however, I experienced the complete opposite at Detailed Solutions. When Anthony picked up the phone, he explained the ceramic coating procedure in detail; gave me a more than reasonable price quote; and answered all my questions. I cannot express how much I deeply appreciate the level of respect and professionalism from this business. The service is unparalleled, matched only by the high caliber quality. As you can see from the image, the coating is spectacularly hydrophobic. A month after the coating, I arranged for the 3hr essential package detailing because as sweet as my golden retriever is... she tends to leave a trail of her everywhere. When I came back to pick up my vehicle, Detailed Solutions decided to give it to me for free. Why? Because we are in a pandemic and they saw my stethoscope in my car with an RN pin on it. The kindness they extended towards me will never be forgotten. I can't thank them enough. They made a customer for life.
