Bought new Ram 1500. No issues with sales team, as they were able to get us into a great truck with the features we were looking for. However, we gave a 250 deposit to hold the truck and were told we would get it back in a week to 10 days...6 weeks later after numerous phone calls and emails we are still waiting! No responses...no cheque in the mail....Guess all they care about is making a sale!

....How can Derrick sell me a car, and after two months and a half it breaks and I only drove it 2000 km and in maintenance they act randomly, they told me that it cost you 370 I said to them well then let that be done and after delay due to an employee who did not inform his maintenance of my approval for that a whole week a delay and they take from you a taxi for a car they have all this I said to his problem, but when I go to get my car, I am surprised by the bill of 1850 dollars, and that is because of other breakdowns in a car, how did you tell me not to act like this ... I bought a car from them two and a half months ago. I drove it about 2000 km. Sorry I did not expect that from Derrick after two months if I had to maintain my car . . This is an evaluation of my maintenance service

We had a great experience dealing with Derrick Dodge! We were searching for a Ram 1500 Sport and found the perfect one there. Deep, Eddy and Galen provided superb service and addressed all the questions and inquiries we had. We were getting in from out of town and they were super accommodating with having the majority of the paperwork and such done before we got there. We had a quick test drive with Galen who gave us a ton of info and was very helpful then we quickly finished everything up and we were on our way. We Love the truck and were very impressed with the service! We highly recommend!

The GM and salespeople really were pleasant to work with and made sure that what I wanted in a vehicle was meant. I wasn't pressure to make a decision right away and the finance department made sure that my payments fit my budget.
