Went in here looking for a paint someone else picked up two years prior, with only a paint sheen and colour noted, the guy behind the counter was able to direct me to the correct paint brand simply by describing it's characteristics that I remembered from working with it. We needed an exact match and that is what we got.
Absolutely the worst service ever. The clerk totally didn't even try to get a 5 gallon pail of paint in. What a stupid decision. I represent a huge sales opportunity. Well I guess this business doesn't need revenue.
never have had an issue. always call ahead. substitutes available and use of many hard to find products for finishing furniture ans exterior work.
