Alan and his Crew were great! They did fantastic work and were awesome to deal with. I've never had such an easy time dealing with a contractor before. Ever! Their attention to detail was absolutely fantastic and we are extremely pleased at the end result. Alan and his team are fantastic. I would strongly recommend Cogan Contractors to anyone. They completed a large fence project for my neighbours and I...about 580 feet of fence. They were efficient and professional from the initial quoting to the project completion. Alan ensured regular checkpoints, and frequent communication, throughout the project to confirm that we were satisfied and address any questions or concerns. Alan and his team built a PVC deck and wood fence for our brand new home. We obtained several quotes for composite/PVC decks before deciding to go with them. From the start, he was a good communicator and answered any questions we had. His price also came in lower than the others. We would not hesitate to recommend Alan to anyone.
