I'm on highway for 10 hrs /day. When im waiting over 1.5 to 3 hrs at terminal its big lost of quality time . Need to be more organize or here more operator

Great intermodal terminal. Blocked the main crossing here for several hours while waiting for my light out on to the Edson sub.

Thanks for making a guy feel like a criminal. Scanning drivers license into the computer, taking finger prints and picture. Rights to privacy do not exist, when you say something about it, you are to to get back in your truck and leave. Great way to treat people CN.

Speed of service seems to be luck of the draw, sometimes immediate, sometimes you are waiting forever. Computerized gates have a tendency to not work. Top-loader operators can be ornery at times.
