Thank you for the clean and quick service you provided for my mattress cleaning! I was able to get an appointment quickly and my mattress looks brand new! The service providers explained if there was any issues they would visit again free of charge but they did such a great job there was no need! Super friendly and educated me well! Don’t let the word chem throw you off they use great natural cleaning methods I seen myself on the packaging! They were professional and clean thank you

found Chemdry as I was searching online for carpet cleaning services close to my area in St Albert. Lisa on the phone was super friendly and knowledgeable and explained the entire process without me asking. When Steve came over for the service, the service I requested was a little over my budget But he still worked with me until I got the service I needed at a very fair price with all parties satisfied. They are professional, courteous, friendly and polite. Would not hesitate to use their services again or to recommend them to anyone who asks me. Being family owned is an advantage with Chemdry as well. Thank you for your service and help Steve, Alex and of course Lisa!
I have been using Chem-Dry since they first opened and I have never been anything less than impressed, and I am not easily impressed when it comes to cleaning. They always arrive on time, they wear indoor shoes, they put down covers to protect my hardwood floors from equipment. The cleaning itself is nothing short of a miracle [no they did not pay me to say that :)] Someone in my house [I won't say who :(] accidently tracked pink hair dye all over our cream carpets, plus we had silly puddy ground into the same cream carpets. I have two teenage daughters who have left various mystery substances on the carpets and yet they were able to get all of these stains out. They also cleaned my aging rugs this time around and they look awesome. My high traffic stairs look almost new. We inherited this cream carpet 13 years ago when we bought the house and every time these guys clean it it almost makes me not want to replace it. I would have no problem recommending this company.
Excellent communication via email with office staff and via phone with technicians, very pleased with results on Natuzzi ‘dreamfiber’ (microsuede) loveseat and soda. We also 7 rugs cleaned and were happy to get them back in good time. Technicians doing in home service took great care in the home and paid attention to details on the furniture. All told, professional and friendly.
