This review is overdue - I had a wonderful experience with Capital in the summer of 2020. I knew right away that they were big on customer service and went the extra mile. At the time it would've been 4 yrs since I moved into my house. It came with a sprinkler system - the control box was so old and didn't appear to work, and the pipe outside that fed water from the house to the sprinklers had a giant crack in it. I couldn't be bothered to have it looked at prior because I've never needed a sprinkler system in previous homes. However, the yard in my current home is very large and is a major pain to water evenly with portable sprinklers. I reached out to Capital Irrigation and received a quick response. I dealt with Wade, Travis & Joel mostly - and they're great lads! Travis was the technician that came onsite. He repaired the damaged pipe and replaced a few sprinkler heads - but I was glad to hear that the system was salvageable. I am looking forward to this summer, as I will buying a smart sprinkler controller - and I'll get to play with the system and learn more about it. And I will do it confidently, knowing that Capital Irrigation are my sprinkler system support. Give them a call - they won't let you down!

My entire experience with this company has been amazing. They notify you when arriving, show up on time and do a very thorough job! Chris and Judy last week were fantastic. They took the time to listen to my concerns and repair and move the water flow directions as needed. Highly recommend this company!
I represent an estate property and I was looking for a reliable snow removal service for an uninhabited house. Capital did a flawless job, reliably clearing every snowfall in the timeframe they promised. Although I haven't been at the house for months, we have hired a home check service going in every couple of days for insurance purposes. This service takes a date and time-stamped picture of the house every time they are there - I've included an example - and every time I could see that Capital had been out to do their job as there was always a nice clear driveway and sidewalk in the home-check picture. I couldn't be happier with this service provider and will absolutely use them again.
