I recently used Butler Plumbing to replace a tap in my rental unit. I found their customer service staff very friendly and professional. They reached out to me in a timely fashion throughout the whole process from the request for the quote, to setting up the work, informing me when the work was complete, and checking back to be sure I was satisfied with the repair. Their price was reasonable and the quality of the work was excellent.
I have no hesitation recommending Butler Plumbing for any of the services they offer. Our company has dealt with Kevin and his team for many years and will continue to support them. Our most recent renovation is a basement bath. The work included under the slab rough-in and back flow value to complete a new full tub with shower, toilet and double sink. In addition they identified several concerns regarding work done by the previous home-owners plumbing updates and corrected them as part of our agreement.
