We have a concrete construction company based out of northern B.C. and we go to Brock White out of Edmonton for all of our needs solely for the amazing customer service we get from Bob. He has a ton of knowledge about any accessories and products we need, and gets me product delivered 5 times faster than any of the competitors. He goes above and beyond to help me out when I am in a bind and I need out of stock product yesterday. Bob is a rockstar at his job and has eliminated a ton of stress from my life, he will always be my first choice as a supplier.
Every call I’ve made in the last 6 months hasn’t been answered by the sales rep, and voicemails are never returned. Had to call three times today just to get the retail price on an item, got disconnected halfway through, and they didn’t bother to call back. I try to avoid them whenever possible strictly because of their service standards.
Great place to buy product and choose interior or exterior finishings. They also have tools, accessories, consumables to complete the job. I wouldn't hesitate to send anyone I know there to look and choose material. Only recommendation I have is some more office staff and a little more application knowledge. We waited almost 10 minutes to be served, it was really busy, but more desk staff would have been better. And when we were helped the gentleman didnt have a ton of product knowledge. But was friendly and kind and was willing to help any way he can. Great showroom and lots of brochures available as well
