Outstanding customer service! I ordered two Tissot PR100 for my wedding as gift. My wife’s watch did not deliver because Canada post is overwhelmed by the overload during pandemic. Three days before my flight I contacted them via amazon. One of their representatives whose name is Rina called me. I explained the situation and she spent whole evening to find the exact product in nearby Toronto store but we weren’t lucky. Rina offered me to send another watch with FedEx. I received it next day and gave it to my bride on the wedding day. It is rose gold finish PR 100. It is beautiful and eye catching. My wife loves it. I am thankful of Boulevard Diamonds and especially Rina to help me make my wife happy. This is the customer service at its best! I highly recommend them.

I can't say enough good things about Rina at Boulevard Diamonds. We purchased a gold chain, and two platinum wedding bands from her recently... (and my fiance got my engagement ring from her last year)... All of it has surpassed our expectations in terms of quality, and Rina's customer service is impeccable. I also had her repair an heirloom ring which is so very important and Rina didn't let it go until it was absolutely PERFECT. It looks like brand new, as when my Grandmother purchased it in the 1950s as a gift for her mother. Completely perfect. Rina is a kind hearted soul, and she will be our jeweller forever and ever and ever. You won't find someone as customer-focussed as her.
