It was really a good and thankful experience for me today at BLS office. Even though I didn't have appointment for today, as it was full, no space online. It's understandable in this COVID-19 pandemic time there are lots of restrictions all around. But, because of urgency I decided to go without it. The staff at BLS office was so cooperative, nice, and professional. They understood my situation and helped me out immediately with documentation. I really appreciate their help and support. Thanks to them again.

Night and day difference between old staff and new staff. I was at office to get some guidance on how to proceed with my son's lost passport which was expired. Usual response from previous staff would be like you go and figure it out online or call CGI. But new staff responded saying that I am very sorry to hear that now you need to go through few additional steps and she wrote everything in detail. Both girls are doing amazing job very friendly and knowledgeable. Only feedback is waiting area is very small with growing Indian population in Edmonton this office will be busy need more space.
Very kind and helpful staff, I never met before. I visit first time at BLS and I knew nothing about PCC . they help me to fill up a online application and guided me through every procedure. Keep it up guys Good work I appreciate
Really good customer service. I went there for my passport renewal application I didn’t had some documents with me the girls who work there helped me out to print my documents and submit my application. They were very polite to me and others who were there to get their stuff done.
This has been my worst experience dealing with BLS office in Edmonton so far. I've lived in three different countries outside of India in the last 15 years and had visited BLS offices for various consulate requests in all these countries but never had this kind poor response. A simple document request has taken 1-1/2 month. BLS office had such unresponsive that I had to follow up my case with consulate. Consulate want BLS office to return the incorrect document issued earlier but BLS office not acting at all. I've followed up with BLS several times over email but I've not received a single response. Visited their office and agent mentioned it will be resolved in one day and promised me to give a call back but it never happened. BLS call center has no answer other than visit their office. I expect BLS person responsible for administering these reviews shall be contacting me before posting his comment.
Quick and efficient service! The employees are polite, patient and friendly - the entire application submission process including the photo service took less than 15 minutes, with no time wasted. The contact number reported on the official website does not seem to connect to the actual office in Edmonton; however, it is well worth compiling the documents required and visiting the office directly.
I am very impressed with their customer service. They considered me even I had no appointment, because I was unable to book online appointment and I have to surrender my Indian Passport. Thank you for always so compassionate and helpful with the clients. I recommend this place to everyone.
The lady in front is very helpful and polite to talk she help me to fix all the paperwork for my son visa she double checked all the documents BLS Edmonton is doing great work....
