I have a 20 year old bike in need of maintenance and care. I came across a post from Bike Breakers with a photos of a similar bike that had just come for salvage. I reached out, John Ryan quickly responded. I told him what I needed. He responded that the parts appeared to be in good condition, but would need to be removed and checked. The parts were removed and photos were sent to me for approval as well as a short description. I asked for pricing and to my delight, extremely reasonable pricing was given as well as a price for UPS delivery to my personal address. Payment was made, shipment and delivery was prompt. Parts were securely packaged so as to minimize any chance of damage during delivery. Seeing these machines given a second chance rather than discarded or destroyed gives me great pleasure. I found the costumer service at Bike Breakers to be above expectations and will be my first choice when looking for parts in the future.

I had ordered a couple of parts for my bike, and one part arrived with damage not seen in the website pics. Expecting a hassle to return it, I was amazed at how great John was. Without question, he searched for another part and found one in perfect condition. At no cost to me, the part was sent and received in less than 24 hrs. I will now be regularly checking their site for more parts, and will order without any hesitation knowing they stand behind their product and at great prices!

Bikebreakers did a bunch of measuring for me to make sure everything would fit before I purchased. Ordered my wheels at a great price and they were at my door in less than 24 hrs!
