I was having problems with my remote starter and went in originally to JB's Power Centre as that where I originally had it installed over 7 years ago. Once there, I described the problem I was having. Unfortunately, they informed me they did not carry my starter's brand anymore. They suggested Autotemp, as they still carry my manufacturer's brand. I went to my car in the parking lot, and called Autotemp, looking to book an appointment to get my starter looked at. I spoke with an assistant named Ken. Before confirming a service booking, Ken just asked a few more questions about my problem. In a few minutes, Ken suggested I try pushing a simple button pattern on my key remove. I followed his instruction, and once done tried my remote again. It worked perfectly! He took the time to help and when I proceeded to thank him for going out of his way, he said it was an easy thing to try, and anyone familiar with car starters should have known to attempt that fix. Yet, he was the only one to suggest it, and take the time to help. This is truly old fashioned, great quality customer service & care! When I need any help, or are looking to purchase any new item for my vehicle, I will definitely be going to Autotemp.

I spent all day trying to figure out what was wrong with my Viper car starter. I finally called Autotemp to see if they could help me out and do a walk in. He was pleasant on the phone and told me to stop by because I said I could be there in 15 minutes. He looked at the remote and within minutes, he was able to figure out the issue and fixed it. I’m so thankful for his time helping me at no charge! I highly recommend this place.
The customer service I received at this place was just incredible, I’ve never been treated so well at any sort of auto parts shop! I was driving around looking for a remote starter for an hour and a half at four different stores today before I was referred here for the correct parts. They had everything I needed. Angelica was so kind, friendly, and helpful, gave me a great price on a remote starter, and meticulously took the time to find the exact parts to make a second remote starter for my 10 year old vehicle. They don’t make keys here but she proceeded to call these different locations to find me the best price. I was so impressed! Will be coming here again and recommending to all my friends and family. Had a new Viper car starter installed. Very fast service, great communication. and also took the time to explain it to me twice as i am forgetful. Would recommend this location again and again.
When I called to book an appointment they were able to fit me in the next day! They replaced my subwoofers in a timely fashion and sent me on my way. When my subs cut out half an hour later I called them and they told me to come back. They found I needed to replace my amp as well. The installer Frank stayed hours late after he was supposed to be done work to replace my amp and tune my system to perfection. Autotemp provides consistent, excellent service at a great price. I am beyond impressed with the work that was performed and wouldn’t recommend anybody else for your driving comfort needs. - Lily
