I had a 4th flag pole put up on our property and Aurora Flags and Banners were AMAZING from start to finish. From the first time I reached out to them with questions to the final install, they were attentive, professional and a complete pleasure to deal with. They are also very knowledgeable in their field and provided us with consistent guidance. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to do any work with flags or banners. The Village of New Maryland has purchased several banners from Aurora over the past two years. They have a great selection of pre-made inventory and they also worked with us to design banners specifically for our municipality. I have found the staff to be very pleasant, helpful, and quick to respond to our inquiries. I have also been impressed with the durability and quality of the banners; they haven't faded and so far none have incurred any damage; even when left up in the winter months. We have had many positive comments on our various banners from both Council and residents, and along with our solar-powered LED light posts and additional beautification efforts, our main road through the Village is now alive with colour throughout the year. Joanne was extremely helpful in making sure our new banner came out as clear as possible even going out of her way at times to edit and accommodate our requests. Everything was done in a timely fashion and I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience.
