A very professional technician did the testing. Easy to complete the exam. It was also good to have a feeling of it being an honest clinic. I was told my hearing was fine and did not require hearing aids, even though one of the things that happen at this clinic is the sale of hearing aids. I left understanding where I am in my hearing and feeling rest assured that I do not need hearing aids, at least at this point in my life. thanks for the great experience.

I was referred to one of the audiologists at the clinic by another audiology professional, and I am so happy that I listened. Essie Palmer is wonderful at her job, and she is a wonderful person too. She, and the clinic, have provided amazing service. I was able to try several hearing aids before making my final decision. The settings on my new hearing aids weren't working for me initially, so they got me in right away, my concerns listened to, and she readjusted them right away. I've had fast service when I've needed fixes, as well. I even received a whole new unit because the brand I chose, Widex, has a wonderful warranty. They also have a fantastic payment plan too, and the clinic deals with all the paperwork! I recommend people to the clinic all the time!
I have dealt here for over 20 years. I have always received excellent care and attention from this family business. My first hearing aids were from the Adele and subsequent ones from Larena, (mother and daughter) both excellent audiologists who took great care and attention. I have always felt much more than just a customer. My latest hearing aid experience includes a full care plan that is amazing. Full warranty, regular checks and hearing aid supplies included, even batteries. Well worth it. I have sent people here who have had unsuccessful hearing aid experiences who thank me for finding a place that addressed their needs, resulting in complete satisfaction.
I ordered hearing aid batteries over the phone and was able to pick them up with curb-side delivery right away. Free parking in back. Very easy.
