I've had an account with the Millwoods Branch for seven years, and I have been extremely happy. When I went to get a pre approved for a mortgage, I told the person exactly what I was looking for which was a mobile home on its own land, but he kept hearing mobile home and I rent the lot. I will be closing all my accounts unless they all get hearing aids. Renting is more expensive than owning a mobile home on its own lot. The only other thing I HATE is there telephone banking, to do one transaction it takes 5 minutes if you get it right.

FYI.....die before you go to this bank for revolving credit, credit card, overdraft or any other financial product. As a provincial representative bank for Alberta, its staff, telephone agents, on line services and management in specific most tellers but not all, provide inaccurate information and are the worst customer service banking institution that we have ever experienced as a Canadian living in any province. They are the worst and do not even deserve one star!!!!! The second and third worst banks are cooperatives and charter back starting with a D. And C respectively. I second the previous comments of others: they do not favour nor support their clients;

The worst bank ever. Not loyal to their customers at all. I have a business account with them as well as a huge business loan. Fraud was committed on my account someone was printing checks and taking money from my account. I still had the check numbers in my check book, but no, according to them you’re supposed to check your bank account on daily bases and report the fraud. Like who really checks their business account on daily bases. Not professional at all will never recommend to anyone. And will take my business else were.
