Wow what can I say about this business. We were a family in pain who needed help and when in grief, Dave brightened our day. Will be customers for life.

Worst customer service I have received in my life. I have went there to purchase a knee brace as it was recommended from my doctor and he mentioned Aspen supplies since they were in my area. I now regret not reading the reviews before I went. Totally wasted my time. First off, when you walk in it feels like you are back in time, store is dated and looks dirty, not to mention they are supposed to sell medical supplies. Nobody wanted to talk to me. All just pretending to be super busy. Hence I was the only customer in the store. So I went to look at the braces myself. Later on I had a question, because I didn't really know what size I needed to purchase. As I walked back one of the assistens ran to me asking how could she help. All is saved I though. Couldn't been more wrong. She asked me to sit down and measure my knee. Than offered me a very basic brace which I found quite uncomfortable, but I couldn't tell her as she walked away without saying a word - as what it looked like to help another customer who just walked in. I waited 10 minutes, people came and went and there I was still sitting waiting for her. Like I am sorry, but you forgot you were helping me over there? Meanwhile you had enough time to chat with your coworker in Tagalog for several minutes while I was waiting for you to come back?! I couldn't stand this no more. Simply just walked out. Worst out of worst. When they saw me walking out, just made a long face. Well damn, so professional. Will never be returning to this location. I would be ashamed running this store.

Went to the store to pick up a Shower stool , and need other supplies as well, I proceeded to pay for the items through their in store debit/master card/visa, machine, the machine failed to complete transaction, the store personal had notice that I had cash , not sure but very suspicious that the machine went off line at the same time as she noticed that I had cash in my wallet. the machine never did go back one line , they were willing to take my MasterCard for the stool as it was a cost shared item with Aids to Daily living and write down my MC info for that purchase but would not allow me to buy the other items at the same time as my stool. although the original transaction had included both items.Hmm...very sketchy ! so I said I will be doing my business elsewhere and left the store. As I was driving home I realized I had signed for the item ( that I did not take ) so I pulled over and contacted Aspen to say to destroy that copy...Jim ( who ever he is to that business ) has a few unkind choose words to say to me such as \ you out to lunch\ I urge others to shop elsewhere as it seems they are not interested in helping the local economy or women, I am sure he would not have said those types of word to a man. very bulling attitude.
