We purchased a fridge, stove and dishwasher 4yrs ago. Thermostat went within the warranty (yes warranty) and they supplied me a new one no problem. Got a great price and quality. I witnessed the testing and cleaningn very impressive. I'm back to furnish my basement kitchen.

I was looking for a good top load washing machine and came upon the Appliance Warehouse on kijiji. I spoke with Mike who was able to send me pictures immediately, pricing including delivery. He was a pleasure to deal with and in about 10 minutes it was paid for and delivery scheduled for the next day. Fast, efficient and I will check in with them again if I need anything else.

Product delivery was prompt however very disappointed with their warranty. I have several rentals and purchase refurbished appliances often. This is the first warranty issue that I've ever had and the first time I've used this company. We were told upfront that it comes with 1 year warranty. Found out after only approx 4 months of use when the freezer failed, that their warranty is only \IN SHOP\. When I said I didn't know they said it says on the invoice- an invoice that you get only after you pay. This should've been told to us up front when we asked what warranty it had, saying \1 year warranty \ is misleading. No one in their right mind is going to deliver a heavy fridge for warranty work back to where it was originally shipped from. I felt like I was not properly informed and they didn't seem to care saying that they hire a 3rd party to do the repairs. So you pay for shipping plus pay 100 \service fee\ for warranty work because the appliance is obviously in your home. It adds up to be alot, we could've bought a new fridge w/warranty for only a couple hundred more. With this being said their 3rd party repairman was prompt to come out.
