Sensei Andre is very knowledgeable, patient, and thorough in his instruction. He advocates for the true spirit of self-defence and respect in combat, with both traditional forms and style as well as new adaptations for our time. One feels appreciated, gains confidence and pride, and learns so much more than simple kicks and punches. And, yes, the karate is still of very high quality.

My son and myself have been going here for years the new location is fantastic. The people are exteamly friendly and Sensei Andre is amazing with the kids and adults alike
Sensei Andre is fantastic with his teachings specially with kids, they also learn french at the same time. Different classes available for adults and kids. All the students are like family from young and old. Dojo is very clean and with adequate space. Lots of parking spaces too.
