Recently used their services to clean out a rental property I own quickly in time before our new tenants took possession of the property. I was ABSOLUTELY blown away by their attention to detail, quick response, and thoroughness with the clean. I had sent a list of things that I needed to ensure were done, and they did above and beyond my expectations. One thing I missed (cleaning out garage) they had done to perfection. Also they worked inside of my budget AND cleaned the carpets. Win, win win!!! 10/10 would recommend :)

They will charge exuberantly as compared to others for the same task and do a disappointing job. For a 1.5 to 2 hour task, they just came and went, and they seem to hate accountability also. We had Kodiak doing the amazing cleaning for years (now we know the difference) but decided to try Magic Wand this time on someone's suggestion and realized our mistake.
Willing to work with me around my schedule. Helpful and responsive customer service.

We purchased a house in Edmonton, we knew it needed to be cleaned, we had not seen it yet. they arranged to get the keys and get everything move in ready for us- walking into a fresh clean new house after a 15 hour drive from BC was so refreshing, our movers were able to have everything in the place the next day it was the most amazing service and so organized with no stress on our end. great company.
