Gave them 1 star because apparently zero isn't an option. Despite paying in full every month the "systems/ computers " repeatedly make "mistakes" and auto generate holds on your license, put garnishes in place and have licenses cancelled and accounts frozen. I repeat, this is AFTER being paid on full each month INCLUDING back pay. And Heaven help you if you actually have to try to get through to an actual agent. And if you get through and end up with an agent who is knowledgeable and understanding and helpful, record the date because it'll never happen again.

Horrible communication over email with no call backs. I repeatedly need to send multiple reminders for a response. When responses are received they are vague. They motto should be "Punish the payer and take from the Payee". The organization is full of Negative emotions and negative and rude people. They send legal letters to addresses that are not valid and then suspend passports and garnish wages & property leans. Response "we sent the letters" Every employee should have a physiological assessment for anger management before continuing to respond to paying fathers in the best interest of the child.
I have seen alot of negative reviews on here id have to say that was not my experience. I had an issue regarding my account I requested a call back through the option link on my account page . I had recieved a call back in less than an hour. The lady had given me the information had required. of the 13 years going through MEP I have yet to experience any problems with communication regarding my account .
How do workers there sleep at night ? Never agree to anything with them. If you do they wont follow and take everything. No money to eat. Going to have to quit job since I cant afford to be on the road working.
I really appreciate all they do. Sometimes a bit slow but they always come through! Thank you for all you do for my children.
Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Need to wait about a week to receive a call back and the agent I spoke with was very rude and kept interrupting me.
Very helpful, polite staff. It takes time but they do follow through the best they can. It's all a process so be patient.
Extremely annoying phone menu and next to impossible to get ahold of your case worker.
