My financial planner at Abacus is great. He took the time to know that I was a low risk investor because I don't like how much markets can fluctuate and modeled my investments around that. He also took the time to outline the risks if I chose not to participate in being a client; saving is a joint effort with him and I like the feeling of collaborating rather than being disengaged. Since he's a financial planner we got to a clear understanding of the financial decisions he should and could be a part of, even things like buying a car or paying off debt. Because he has strategies that I don't know about, and implementing them so far has put me in a much better position than if I had done it on my own or through the bank. Being disengaged or unwilling to be educated is usually when people feel they've been mistreated and neither my advisor or myself wanted that. It is great that he had the ability to get investments that fit so many types of people and does regular reviews with me to make sure he's aware of any and all changes like my earnings or upcoming financial requirements I have. The rest of the Abacus Wealth Management office and team are kind and professional. They have always made me feel comfortable going there. I will continue to highly recommend them to anyone.
