I had a very similar experience to other customers who have posted a review. The cancellation process is incredibly difficult, frustrating and completely turned me off from ever visiting a 9Rounds again. Getting a hold of the right person to cancel my membership took weeks and weeks and weeks, which resulted in multiple additional months being charged. I initially called to cancel my membership and received the message \our owner will call you back\. Nothing specified about needing to cancel in person, or a written cancellation via an email. So I waited for the call....which never came. With a busy schedule, as we all have, this fell off my radar for a few months until I called again and was met with the same \our owner will call you back\ message. The owner never called me back. When I was finally able to get him on the phone (after dozens of calls) I was then made to feel as though I was completely in the wrong and talked down to in very argumentative conversation which only made me more frustrated. As a customer I felt belittled and as if my experience was not valued. While the owner did provide me with a small refund, the amount of fight/energy I had to go through to receive a portion of what I felt was fair was a nightmare. My experience with this 9Rounds location has been completely frustrating and I will share that experience with friends and family. While the service when I was attending the gym was excellent and I always enjoyed my workouts/time with the staff, the communication, cancellation process and customer service I received when trying to cancel my membership was awful and I encourage future customers to consider this before signing up for a membership.

The trainers are always so encouraging and helpful, and make every visit to 9Round completely worth my time. The atmosphere at 9Round is also amazing, with the music and the dedication from both the trainers and the other members, it feels like a place where you can always find success with any goals you're trying to achieve!
Booked on the website, said it was open, arrived at the space and it was closed. Messages were full on the answering machine. Very strange and unprofessional. Not a great first impression
Very welcoming GYM/Owner/Staff. I always feel comfortable working out here. Owner/Corey makes you push to the limit. Finally they are open again and they always care about the staff, member’s wellbeing. They always sanitize the whole place every each use. I always recommend this gym to all my friends and family. Just 30 mins workout kills your full body. Everything is always a process.
I love this place. I love getting trained by the trainers and the workouts are intense but also time fitting. I usually go in the mornings and get trained by Manpreet or Corey and they are both amazing trainers. Highly recommend to come here if you are looking to increase your stamina, burn calories, and get stronger in the process.
