We were with WM for years. Fees kept going up , and no one available in customer service. When my call finally got through, I ended up at a call center in the US , then transferred to Montreal ( when the WM office is just a few minutes away from me). We shopped around and did alot of research before signing up with 310-DUMP. The entire experience has been professional, fast and honest (we didn't feel like we were being ripped off). Chad has been most helpful and available in a timely manner for answers and general help. This is what customer service should be like. Local, fast and able to answer all of your questions. We feel more than 100% confident in our decision to sign up with 310- DUMP.

Matt and Brett were punctual and courteous. We got a competitive price for the removal of our old furniture, and it couldn't be easier! Additionally- my husband is happy not to be spammed with ads from 310-DUMP the way he has been from competing businesses that he also searched.
Overall just a great company to deal with. The person answering the phone at the Edmonton location was very pleasant to talk to. The workers were very quick and friendly. Thanks to Brett and Jordan, I now have my garage back! Would definitely use this company in the future, and reccomend it to anyone.
Great service by Matt and Jordan. They were friendly and helpful. The cost was very reasonable. We had previously used a different service that was much more expensive. Glad to have found 310 Dump!
The techs that came to my house were great! Friendly and promptly removed my junk at a very reasonable price. Best price I could find AND with a same day time slot. I will absolutely call 310-DUMP for all of my future garbage removal needs!
