*This review is about "The Duke" that this company runs. Worst building management (Edgar Development/Rhapsody). 1) This building has had non stop issues with the elevators since I moved in (almost a year ago). The one elevator has been down for the last 3 months and the last elevator went down yesterday. Before that always 1 or the other was always down or not working. I guarantee almost all tenants have got stuck in the elevator at least once. We all all have to walk up stairs with our groceries and family things, strollers etc. They have done nothing to compensate the tenants for all this inconvenience. For what you pay in rent it is not worth the hassle of this mediocre building. 2) They spout "NO AIR BNB rentals" which is fine, but unless you are the owner or family of Edgar Development, these rules do not apply to you. So discriminatory! There are suites that are used by Edgar Development that they Air BNB out because they act like they are "above the law". Jerks. 3) The suites are cheap and falling apart. From baseboards, to cabinets, to backsplashes, the cheapest building materials were used for this building and it shows. Next is documenting all of this to the Better Business Bureau and news stations. We have suffered enough with no RECOURSE or APOLOGIES from upper management.
