Went in today for some items for my wife's flower shop. The staff at the store on 3rd were great. Helpful and patient. We had to go to the warehouse on Charles St. to pick up the order and the staff there were amazing. So friendly and helpful. It's sad but this type of service used to be the norm. Now its more of the exception and I was what I received today. 2 thumbs up to Eddie's warehouse staff.

I recently became a customer of Eddie's. I had a lot of trouble setting my account or place my order. Patrick Wills, Customer Service Representative sent me an email to inquire if I needed help. I definitely needed his help and left my cell. He called me right away and helped me. However, after a couple of days I still couldn't set up the account and again I emailed him and finally today I was able to set the account right and placed the order. I am 73 years old but still run my business so not so savvy with ordering online. Patrick, you are the BEST!
Mostly things were out of stock... people were not much helpful...very expensive!!!
