This company's staffs needs to be trained in good customer relations service and proper follow up when their staffs have errors. After full filled their half order deposit cc demand, waiting for weeks with no service response. When asked about the person who took the original order with the error , they replied " On Vacation' . They wanted you to start all over with the repair order again and wait for several more weeks again.
