At first great service. Second:Made a mistake by giving a wrong tiles. Went to exchange it ,was informed it's a back order.Then manager found it somewhere in warehouse . My tile setter lost a day of work because of it.Going back and forth . Was given a miserable 10% discount for which I had to ask for. But I still had to pay the tile setter for lost day. Who is going to cover that? Thank you.

I love this store. I have done several renovations over the decades and always end up buying my tiles here. The staff is friendly and very professional. Their advice is great. They have many small show rooms that provide a good visual of final design and what the product looks like on the floors and walls.

I put 4* but more like a 3 1/2*. Inside the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, but maybe due to this situation now the wait at the counter was long. To many customers to their staff ratio it seems. Once paid for and pick up at the garage side the service just dropped. People that came in after me were served before ... I ended up waiting 30min before I was acknowledged and served 2 bags of grout, it's a bit long. But overall good price.
