ECM will take care of you, no doubt. They have an awesome selection of espresso machines and can be trusted to repair yours well. We got a coffee grinder and an espresso machine from them and can’t be happier. Remo is the sweetest guy, and we’ve loved the experience.

I went in today to have my espresso machine serviced. It's an older model that may or may not be able to be serviced. Favio was my service tech. He was very knowledgeable about the machine. He was able to fix right then and there. The service was excellent. I own a couple of machines and this is the only place I would recommend. You should do the same

I was absolutely amazed with Fabio in the service department. He listened to my problems I had with with an older La Scala Butterfly espresso machine. He then confirmed the diagnosis and explained what was needed to be done to repair it. He explained how I could do it myself or that I could bring it in to have it serviced and repaired. He told me to be sure, I should email some pictures and he could look at it to see if he had the parts I needed. Within the hour I had my answer. I was totally shocked at how eager he was to share his knowledge, how professional and patient he was with me! Can't go wrong with professional, polite service!

These guys are awesome! I Looked everywhere online but alas could not find an available replacement seal for our Breville 870XL. These guys had the part in stock and replaced it in about 5 minutes. The total cost (parts and labour) was less than a third the retail price of the sold out seal online.
