top service from all associates. well trained! did order my favorite pair since is not carried in store anymore. very reliable staff and good product (the previous pair lasted 4-5 years of door knocking daily, very comfy yet durable. Thus the well earned ***** rating. TY :)

We bought a pair of ladies shoes with velcro, but they are not wearable. When you walk the velcro just opens. Every 10 steps it opens and you have to fix it. My wife got bored of it and we decided to go to the shop and request warranty repair or exchange. However, the shop referred to the “unknown” shoe repairer, who is obviously not authorized by ECCO to give opinion on their shoes, and the “opinion” was negative to our request. These people in the shop are kind to you, until you buy from them. But when you come with the problem, they just throw you away.
