1981年開通。センターストリート駅は最初にオープンした駅の一つ。平日には2万人以上が乗降するダウンタウンで最も利用されている駅です。カルガリータワーやグレンボウ博物館への最寄駅でもあります。 カルガリーは公共交通機関が発達していて、市内を走る電車Cトレインと市バスで、どこにでもアクセスできます。最近はグーグルマップがあるので、乗り継ぎに迷うこともなくなりました。電車の路線は201（レッドライン）と202（ブルーライン）の二つで、両方の路線が重なるダウンタウン部分は、無料で乗り降りできます。2026年開通を目指して、グリーンラインの工事が進められています。
