I love easyhome in stoney creek all the workers are very friendly and kind and the store manager Trish is absolutely amazing and always willing to help!!!! Best experience you could ask for.

Love love love the new manager Trish!! She is straight forward and open about what you owe and balances, she doesn't push to hard to make a new saleand has a great personality! Only reason for 4* is old manager Frank left bad taste in my mouth wasn't open about pricing send would never stay on phone long enough to say how much was owing left etc! Good quality too!

Trish is beyond amazing. I'm a mom of 10 kids five of which are very young I need an apartment size washer and as a new customer she's really shouldn't have probably did it but she pulled string she went above and beyond her job her duties as a sales agent to make sure that I had a washer to provide clean clothes for my precious children. She's a real down-to-earth human being who's been there and struggled and knows life struggles and she's just compassionate and caring loving and just plainly unselfish it's not about the sale it's about the customer being happy and coming back it's about the long-term respect and friendship that is built through excellent customer service.

Absolutely love the new manager at this store trish. She is very easy going understanding and also very open. Definitely would recommend anyone looking yo rent to own go see trish she will give you the best deal. Katelyn too is amazing very nice polite and curtious. You guys rock. Best decision made to have these 2 ladies here.

I have never had any problems with them they are very easy going and have always given me understanding when i needed to pay late and also i have to say a nice lady by the name of trish works here and she has always been so courteous and gives great deals!

Very Thankful for all the time and energy Johnathan and Trish took out of their day to help us. On a side note "Mrs. Johnathan", we are very sorry for delaying him. He wasn't lying, he was dealing with two Very Indecisive women. I hope you weren't too hard on him. Very pleased with the customer service at this location.
