Monika is incredible, and often takes great pleasure in explaining all the different types of wool, and teaches you about other projects you can do, that you haven't tried yet. She is quick to respond to your texts. If you feel weird about making an appointment (like I did initially), don't be! It's not a big deal, it's just that she runs the place herself. Besides, you would want to meet her, otherwise you're missing out on half the fun of the place. Great quality wool and tonnes of selection of color and micron. Lots of other types of felting/doll making supplies, from eyes, to tools and needles.
