Worst customer service from this Branch. Stay clear of this branch, especially from the young girl with red hair, with bangs. She is extremely rude with customers; patience is critical when helping customers, especially in an area where majority of the population does not speak English as their first language. I am glad a lot of my daily banking needs can be done online because you are better off doing self service banking than interacting with customer service representatives who have zero people skills.

Staff is very polite and helpful, I was always very well received and my problems or inquiries well addressed. Sometimes it can get busy in rush hours. The location is very good, has it's own parking lot and nearby public transportation, other services and stores.

I absolutely love this branch. I went in one day and this young gentleman at the service desk waited on me. I had a small request but be treated me with respect and dignity, and to be quite honest it was the best customer service experience I've ever had in my life. I hope someone promotes him or gives him a raise.

Every time I go to this bank I leave feeling unsatisfied. Not sure what is it exactlythat the staff in this location do not get! Customer service is important when you are dealing with people who give you business. Learn to smile and make your customers feel welcome so they continue to give you their business! Also, have more people helping walk-ins who need information. It doesn't make sense to stand in line for 30 minutes to ask a simple question!

Amazing Staff, very kind people and very helpful. It is no wonder why there are so many people that go here. That being said the only reason why I don’t give 5 stars is because you will have to wait a while. For that reason, In hopes that TD management eventually see this I advise you to get more tellers. It’s time, you guys are great and for that reason people love coming here and dealing with you, but for that same reason, you need more tellers to accommodate the amount of clients you help. Keep up the good work.
