It’s hard to review properly because I haven’t received the digital piano I ordered yet. Based on my experience I wouldn’t recommend buying from this retailer during a lockdown. A friend recommended this place based on her good experience. I ordered my piano in mid January and was told I could pick any colour the manufacturer offered. I paid in full (around 4000) and was told to expect an email with information about delivery. Beyond an email saying they didn’t have the colour I asked for in stock and they were waiting to hear from the manufacturer, I got no updates. After three weeks, I email for an update and received no response. I called the next day and was told they don’t know when it will be in and are still waiting for an update from the manufacturer. I was told that they would connect with the company in the next day or so to get me some more information. Have not heard from them in more than a week now. From another music seller, I was able to find out that this particular manufacturer doesn’t think they can fill orders until April at the earliest with how busy they’ve been during the pandemic. I don’t understand why Lowrey Pianos couldn’t volunteer this same information at the time of sale and why there was no option to place a deposit since it does appear that it will be a long time until they can fill the order. The pros: they seemed knowledgeable about the pianos and processed my credit card very efficiently. The cons: poor communication. I think that’s vital for any time but all the more frustrating now when you can’t go into their physical location. Based on my experience, chose another seller for a digital piano that is the same wherever it’s bought. You still won’t get it before April in certain colours but you’ll know it in advance and be able to negotiate appropriately.

This place has a huge selection in price ranges to choose on. Brian is a a great guy who is knowledgeable and very helpful. He helped us find our white baby grand in the budget we had in mind. He kept me in mind and called me weeks after my visit to let me know there was piano in my budget and description. Free delivery and tuning included.

I shopped here and was thoroughly disappointed. I was helped by a individual by the name of Barry and he had no clue what he was talking about. I had to ask him if he was assisting me with his eyes closed, cause we weren’t on the same page. I hope they find better staff or atleast educate their staff on musical instruments cause they are clueless. Shop else where, these are no professionals what so ever. Especially Barry Skinner, awful employee.

We brought a Pearl River upright piano from here couple days ago. The overall shopping experience is awesome! Brian greets us and shows us different model and he is patient and helpful, NO PUSHING at all, answered all our questions and play a song to show our piano's sound quality. We lived in Southern Ontario which is far away from GTA, but they still provide shipping service with very reasonable price. Overall, a pleasant and smooth experience and we got a very good price on our desired model.

Bought my piano here and had a great experience! Would consider it as the best piano store in Toronto. They carry a wide range of pianos with reasonable price and good quality. Staffs are extremely friendly and professional. Especially Brian, I really appreciate his help.
