I cannot stress enough the impeccable service I received recently for renting a pump. After placing my online order at BPRT, Norma contacted me so quickly to confirm the order and advise on delivery of item. I couldn't believe I received the pump in a matter of hours, same day!! Definitely worth the small fee to have it delivered considering I'm still recovering. The site has the best prices in town.. even the weekly rates can't be beat. Norma was also very accommodating when I had to downgrade my rental period due to insufficient milk supply. Without hesitation, she honoured a prompt refund of the difference. I highly recommend renting from BPRT for hospital quality, clean pumps at the lowest rate around :)
We rented the Medela breast pump for our newborn and were provided with amazing service by the staff. When we explained that we had tried unsuccessfully to locate the breast pump we required from other hospitals and pharmacies, they were more than happy to send one out to us by delivery right away. The pump worked wonderfully and the price was very reasonable, especially considering the top-notch service by the friendly and caring staff. We would highly recommend to anyone in need of rental breast pumps.

Excellent service! The delivery option is so convenient and reasonably priced. It’s well worth it when you have a bew baby at home. Service was very courteous and prompt and all inquiries answered almost immediately. Highly recommended!

I was pleasantly surprised by the service. I didn’t expect any help or guidance as I was just renting a breast pump from a pharmacy but the staff were extremely helpful, flexible and supportive. When I called, I ended up discussing my specific needs, difficulties and circumstances. The prices are also very reasonable. Even though, they say there is a month minimum, if you don’t need it that long, you can return it early.
