I used Metro Chimney, Chris Bowes. Chris arrived on time, did the job for the quoted fee, even though a cleaning was long overdue and offered good advice regarding needed repairs to the chimney. Two thumbs up
I found Metro Chimney Inc. through the HomeStars site. Chris, the owner, came highly recommended based on feedback from people that used his service. Unfortunately my experience has been disappointing. I called and left a message and Chris called me back. I explained that my damper was broken. Chris was very nice on the phone and recommended that he clean the chimney and would be able to give me an estimate once he saw it. I agreed and made an appointment for Oct. 4 at 8:30 ish. I waited for Chris and he never showed up. I have since followed up with phone calls and emails and no response. I was willing to give him a chance to explain and would gladly accept an apology but no response. Very displeased!!!
Chris is very reliable! Being a real estate Broker I am in need of his services regularly and always comes through when needed
