Well I am seeing so many unhappy customers. However, my experience with LooX was pretty good, I got excellent advice , service and return of value from them. Manager and his assistant were very nice , I went several times, found them very helpful each time. I wish to visit them again if needed and I am recommending you this place .

This place is utter garbage and the manager is a scam artist looking to get the most amount of money he can from your insurance. I went with my mother and he said her insurance would cover for a new pair of glasses and soles. After waiting 6 months and multiple calls asking where the glasses and sole was the store finally called to say we could could pick up the items. When we got there another employee said that only the glasses were here and she would have to wait for the sole. After another month he called and said the sole was here. My mom went by herself to pick it up. At the store he informed her that the sole was actually still being processed and he would need another 500 for the sole from insurance. The truth was that he hadn't pulled all the money he could have and was now looking to make sure he got every dollar from the insurance. My mom had enough and said she didn't want the soles. The manager got mad and started cursing saying that we had come in to the store when he wasn't there and stole the glasses. When my mom told him that we came when his store called and his employee gave us the glasses himself and that the real thief here was him he got angry and raised his hand trying to slap my mother. My mother stepped back and another customer in the store screamed for him to stop. When the customer threatened to call the police he screamed for them to leave. I never write reviews but the fact that this man would even attempt to hit a person and call her a thief was enough to piss me off. If your looking to get scammed or over pay for glasses because \the insurance companies are rich and are the bad guys\ then by all means go to the store. But know the man is nothing but a scammer trying to make the most he can out of your insurance. He will act like he wants the best for you but the truth is that he is a violent, angry, and disgrace of a man and his store needs to be shut down.
