Good experience so far! Bought it just a few month ago. Buying experience was perfect! Service maintenance is affordable and comfy for a customer (if you need body work, better go to your own body shop, it is expensive here) Richardo is very kind and helpful. Highly professional in maintaining the car and customer service as well! Whenever I leave the car with him, I feel safe for my red dragon! Thank you guys!!! Staff is highly professional (sales, finance, receptionist, service). So far, this is the only place I can leave my car with a mechanic and bot to be worried about anything!
Classy. Professional. Welcoming. I'm not new to car buying, however this was a first Pre-owned vehicle for my growing family. It was however my first vehicle transaction with Gyro. Almost bought my last car with them, but geography was a factor until I became 8 minutes away. The whole team cared for me, even in these ridiculous lockdown times, with such a positive energy and effortless system. It was easy, and a delight to experience this purchase, which was made all the easier by an effortless buying of my now previous car. The good karma that somehow led Gyro to having the perfect tradeworthy SUV for me only sweetened the process. GYRO surpassed my expectations. Period.

As a motoring enthusiast I frequently test drive vehicles. I have visited over 15 dealerships and have experienced varying levels of professionalism and service. The experience at Gyro Hyundai is vastly superior in every way! Friendly and efficient service. I called and ahead and spoke with Ricardo Pulgarin about the Hyundai Venue 2020. He had the vehicle ready when I arrived. He was very warm and understood that good service sells a vehicle, not a scripted sales pitch. While I was waiting for my license to be verified Averie Thorn-Smith, the Sales Manager, came by and asked if I needed anything. She too was warm and welcoming and even offered me a cookie. The Dealership has many premium models available on the showroom floor. Among them is the Hyundai Elantra GT N-Line 2020 - an exquisite limited production vehicle. Gyro Hyundai is one of the few dealerships that still has full gloss vehicle brochures that have useful comparisons for model trim types. The waiting area is cosy and comfortable. They serve quality single brew coffee - with milk, not creamer. They understand that these small details count. When I had additional questions about the Kona Electric, Averie went above and beyond to assist me. She reminded me about the The Electric Vehicle Discovery Centre where I can go to test drive the vehicle. While we were talking a gentleman walked in, who waited for 10 minutes while we were finishing up with pricing detail, just to let Averie know what a superior service experience he had yesterday when he brought his car in for a service. Only a perfect customer service experience will have someone wait 10 minutes just to show their appreciation. This dealership should be the Gold Standard for what a Car Sales Experience should be. Gyro and Hyundai Canada should be proud of the incredible team that represents them with passion, professionalism and first class customer service. I will recommend everyone I know here.
