The Augusta Movers team was nothing short of fantastic during my recent moving experience. They were very responsive and communicative leading up to the moving date and were very accommodating to suit my needs. On the day of, the two movers that assisted were friendly, polite, and I could tell that they were being very cautious with my furniture. I needed help assembling some new furniture pieces and they were both on it and completed it quickly. What I liked best was that the movers were very efficient, did not waste any time, and had very pleasant attitudes. I would highly recommend Augusta Movers!

Seamless Long Distance move! We used Augusta Movers for our move from Vancouver to (North Bay) and it went pretty smoothly. The team was punctual, hard working, skilled and a pleasure to be around. Our belongings were treated with the utmost care and professionalism. Nothing broken, nothing lost. Will hire again and will recommend to anyone looking for a reliable long distance moving company. We are so glad we chose Augusta Movers to help us move between houses in North Toronto. Working with Dinko during the estimate request and planning process was smooth and easy - he is professional, responsive and made sure to answer all of our questions and concerns. It was very reassuring for us to have him as our main contact as we approached the move date. The team of three that helped us on the day was on time, professional, efficient, careful and courteous. It was a 9 hour day and they worked as quickly and smoothly during the 9th hour as they did when they started the day. They dissembled and re-assembled furniture with ease and speed. They were extremely careful on our hardwood which we just had re-done and were worried about scratching. The day and planning process could not have gone more smoothly and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Augusta for our next move as well as recommend them to friends. Thanks Augusta!
The moving team was amazing. They were so nice and professional and so quick. They showed up early and finished several hours ahead of what I was quoted (finished in 3.5 – 4 hours, quoted at 6 hours for a bachelor apartment moving to a two bedroom, both second floor walk-ups). The quotes for this company were on the high end, but they did provide three movers, as opposed to two from the other quotes I got. Most quotes were around 3-4 hours and 600 - 700, the quote from Augusta was around 1200 for 6 hours. I went with Augusta though because they were more responsive than the other companies I was getting quotes from and some of the others didn't have availability to move on my select date. I felt the company itself had a lot of rules (example: you have to pack clothes in boxes, not bags) and the website user interface wasn't very good when selecting items for the quoting process. I felt some charges were superfluous, like a 99 extra charge for moving my fish tank. I was also charged for 4.5 hours but really the whole move took from 7:50 am to 11:30 am, so it wasn't even 4 hours. I guess they charge from the point the moving truck leaves to the point it comes back? TL;DR: Excellent team of movers who handled my items with care. Company seems kinda greedy, though.
Augusta Movers Toronto is one of the most trusted and efficient moving companies to work with. I am really happy with their service. They made my moving transition seamless with not a single scratch or dent. They are on time and organized. I have used them three times and will continue to. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
